Whats for Dinner?

This one was so easy to make and my 3 year old loved helping to make the layers. The only change I made was substituting ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese. The best part is that it turned out great! 1 pound lean ground beef. 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Ground black pepper to taste.
