I have learned so much more than I previously thought was possible, in only one semester. I have learned that hunger exists everywhere. In the beginning of the semester I was very excited to jump in and report on hunger in NEPA. By doing research and interviews with locals it was amazing to learn from these sources. I was amazed at how much information was out there, but none of it really worked together. It seems like there is a compilation of sources being put together so that is a MAJOR plus for those that need assistance. I was able to travel around with Shannon Cooper, Coordin.
