In de afgelopen weken heb ik twee keer een gesprek gehad met wethouders van de gemeente Kampen over klachten mbt WMO. Deze klachten gingen voornamelijk over de toegankelijkheid naar WMO bij aanvragen. Over mensen die al aan de telefoon afgewezen worden. Maar dit kan natuurlijk niet. Iedereen heeft recht op een keukentafelgesprek. Tenzij iemand al zo bekend is dan kan het soms telefonisch. Wanneer dat ook niet naar tevredenheid verloopt dan is er de ombudsvrouw in Kampen.
