آموزش و طرز تهیه سبزی پلو با ماهی. ماهی قزل آلا ۲ عدد. آرد ۳ قاشق غذا خوری. ادویه مخصوص ماهی-نمک-زردچوبه به میزان لازم. ۱- آب را به جوش می آوریم و برنج را داخل آن میریزیم. ۳-برنج که کمی نرم شد آبکش میکنیم و برنج را دم میکنیم. ۴- ماهی ها را در آرد و زردچوبه و ادویه می غلطانیم. ۵-روغن را داغ کرده و ماهی را درون تابه قرار میدهیم. ۶- وقتی یک سمت ماهی سرخ شد آن را بر میگردانیم تا سمت دیگر هم سرخ شود.
