Der er ikke sket meget på løbefronten de sidste 14 dage. Der er ikke løbet marathon siden Vendsyssel Trail marathon hos Carl for 3 uger siden. Der har været et par lange ture samt en del morgentræning bestående af Crossfit og spinning og med løbebånd om aftenen. Formen er egentlig okay på nuværende tidspunkt men jeg mangler de lange seje ture.
